“I firmly believe in protecting our environment for future generations and having a direct impact on CO2 emission reduction and energy saving,” says Juliana, new CCO at DeltaQ. In this interview, Global Proptech‘s CEO Wouter Truffino talks with Juliana and Khadija about their two main reasons to join the Global Proptech network.
1. We need to create a better value proposition for the market together
For a company to reach CO2-neutrality, DeltaQ’s technology is not the solution for everything, but is part of the solution. We cannot reach those targets alone.
“We are very good at what we do, but we do need a lot of other people that are very good at what they do”.
That part of the partnership, learning about other companies innovating in their field, building a better value proposition for the real estate market, is very important for us at DeltaQ.
2. Trying to resolve the knowledge gap between real estate and proptech
There is this proptech world, which is very technical and on the other hand, we have the real estate market that is not talking the same language.
“We need to continue to work on that bridge between the real estate market and proptech solutions, bring awareness in the real estate market. A lot of large companies do not know these (proptech solutions) exist. We need guys like Global Proptech to bring that knowledge to the real estate market”
